Ronald G. Maheu
President & CEO

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Ron is responsible for leading the strategic direction of PharmaCommunications. He has led the company’s development since its founding, and has been the principal architect of the company’s focus on the development of innovative software and service solutions for life science marketers.

Ron’s extensive career within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry includes experience on both the manufacturer and supplier sides of the industry. Prior to founding PharmaCommunications, he held management positions in both sales and marketing with a major multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturer.

He attended Loyola of Montreal and the Sir George Williams Campus of Concordia University, and holds B.Sc., B.Comm., and M.B.A. degrees.

Nicole F. Archambault
Vice-President & COO

As Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Nicole is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.

Her career within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry includes a significant background in national and multi-national issues in finance, administration, and privacy. Prior to joining PharmaCommunications, Nicole held the positions of Vice-President, Finance & Administration and Vice-President, Corporate Development with one of the world’s largest health information companies.

She attended the Université du Québec à Montréal and holds an M.B.A. degree in International
Business from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Ashley M. Rycroft
Vice-President, Sales & Marketing

As Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Ashley is responsible for the company’s business development and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining PharmaCommunications, Ashley was a member of the account team of a major healthcare communications agency where she was responsible for a number of pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. Since joining the company, she has assumed a significant leadership role within the organization, holding a number of roles of increasing responsibility in both client services and business development, culminating with her appointment as Vice-President, Sales & Marketing in 2016.

She attended McGill University, and holds B.Sc. (Hon.) and M.Sc. degrees focusing on Exercise Physiology and Chronic Disease.

Jeremy Baldwin
Director, Information Technology

As Director, Information Technology, Jeremy is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.

Jeremy came to PharmaCommunications with a background as a business analyst and database administrator, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in database administration, business analysis, and development, culminating with his appointment as Director, Information Technology in 2014.

He has a B.C.S. and a B.Comm. in Business Administration and Management Science from the University of Windsor.

Francine Vossah
Director, Corporate Quality

As Director, Corporate Quality, Francine leads all of our internal regulatory compliance and quality initiatives including GMP training and compliance management; SOP development; change control; and internal auditing.

Francine joined our team with significant experience in quality compliance, and regulatory affairs in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Since joining the firm, she has contributed to not only the organizations quality mandate but has also led the successful implementation of several special projects, culminating with her appointment as Director, Corporate Quality in 2017.

She has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, and is an ISO Certified Auditor, with specific expertise in cGMP and 21 CFR, Parts 11, 210, and 211.

Anneisa Ali
Manager, Implementation

As Manager, Implementation, Anneisa is responsible for the successful onboarding of new software clients, and the successful execution of service projects. Working closely with our client and internal teams, Anneisa ensures that our clients receive the very best in “Service Excellence”.

Anneisa joined PharmaCommunications with significant experience as a Manager and Senior Manager in Client Services, Account Management, Training, and Relationship Management with both Canadian healthcare companies, as well as multinational data and software firms.

She holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Toronto.

Stuart Buckley
Manager, Systems Development

As Manager, Systems Development, Stuart leads the team responsible for the ongoing development of all of our major IT development initiatives, including updated versions of both our internal and client directed programs.

Stuart joined our firm with a significant background in information technology with a strong emphasis in software development and methodologies, most notably with a major multinational insurance company.

He holds a BTEC National diploma in Computer Studies from Norwich City College in the United Kingdom, and is a Six Sigma Certified Yellow Belt Practitioner.

Richard Espiritu
Manager, Warehouse

As Manager, Warehouse, Richard oversees the day-to-day operation of our GMP warehouse, as well as manages the warehousing and distribution services at PharmaCommunications.

Richard joined PharmaCommunications with a significant background in logistics and distribution, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of within our logistics and distribution group, culminating with his appointment as Manager, Warehouse in 2017.

He holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from De La Salle University.

Jenessa Fernandes
Manager, Marketing

As a member of the Sales and Marketing team, Jenessa is responsible for our marketing, promotional, and public relations efforts.

Jenessa joined PharmaCommunications with experience in event management and marketing with a government agency, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles within our client services department, culminating with her appointment as Manager, Marketing in 2017.

She holds a B.A. (Hon.) in Communication Studies from McMaster University, and a post-graduate certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College.

Barbara Ochangco-Roxas
Manager, Client Support

In her role as Manager, Client Support, Barbara oversees the team responsible for supporting our external technology users.

Barbara joined PharmaCommunications with a significant background in the healthcare field, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in production planning and operations, culminating with her appointment as Manager, Client Support in 2017.

She holds a diploma as a Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Laboratory Technician from the Robetech Institute and is certified under the Ontario Society of Medical Technologists.

Snow Zhao
Manager, Accounting

As Manager, Accounting, Snow is responsible for the accounting functions of PharmaCommunications. She also oversees all of our client’s Health Loyalty payment projects, which includes Fee-for-Service, Co-Pay and Reimbursement.

Snow joined the organization with extensive experience as an Accountant/Controller having worked previously at a manufacturing company and a marketing agency.

She holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Zhengzhou University and a B.Comm. in Accountancy from Concordia University. She is also a designated CPA and CGA.
