Kristen Kowalewski, Director of Sales
In her role as Director of Sales, Kristen is responsible for both new business development and ongoing client management within the Canadian life science industry.
Kristen joined PharmaCommunications with a significant background in pharmaceutical sales, promoting a number of different products for pharmaceutical manufacturers to physicians, clinics and hospitals in the greater Montréal area. Since joining our team, she has progressed within our sales group, successfully managing a broad array of new and existing clients in the Montréal area. In 2018 she was promoted to Director of Sales, with responsibility for the complete sales cycle across Canada.
She holds a B.Sc. in Environment (Ecological Determinants of Health) from McGill University.
Véronique Bates, Director of Operations
In her role as Director of Operations, Véronique is responsible for the entire technology and service delivery process at PharmaCommunications. Her primary responsibility is the onboarding of new SaaS customers from initial implementation to ongoing support, as well as the delivery of back office services related to those software products.
Véronique joined PharmaCommunications with an extensive background in customer service, training and administration, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in client services and sales, culminating with her appointment as Director of Operations in 2018.
She holds a bilingual B.A. in History from Glendon College at York University.
