PharmaCommunications is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristen Kowalewski as Director of Sales. In her new role, Kristen will be responsible for both new business development and ongoing client management within the Canadian life science industry.
Kristen joined PharmaCommunications with a significant background in pharmaceutical sales and, since joining, has progressed within our sales team, successfully managing a broad array of new and existing clients in the Montréal area. She holds a B.Sc. in Environment (Ecological Determinants of Health) from McGill University.
PharmaCommunications is pleased to announce the appointment of Véronique Bates as Director of Operations. In her new role, Véronique will be responsible for the entire technology and service delivery process at PharmaCommunications, from the onboarding of new SaaS customers to the delivery of back office services related to those software products.
Véronique joined PharmaCommunications with an extensive background in customer service, training and administration, and since joining our team, has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in client services and sales. She holds a bilingual B.A. in History from Glendon College at York University.

David Chen has joined the organization as a Programmer Analyst on June 25th, 2018. His role will be helping support all our major platforms, along with configuring new client programs. David joins us with over 7 years of experience developing surveys and data collection systems. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
PharmaCommunications is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruixue (Snow) Zhao to the position of Manager, Accounting as of Tuesday June 13, 2017. Snow joins PharmaCommunications with extensive experience as an Accountant/Controller. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from ZhengZhou University, China, a B.Comm. in Accountancy from Concordia University, Montreal, as well as CPA and CGA Designations. Snow will report to our COO, Nicole Archambault.
